Last summer my husband and I had the privilege of meeting Siobhan DeLacour of Red Shoe Homes from Keller Williams Energy. We sold our condominium in Scarborough to move to a house in the Northumberland County. Siobhan was referred to us by our selling agent Kat Tsoi of Keller Williams Toronto, an expert in condominiums. Siobhan came highly recommended and displayed great expertise in finding our dream home. Siobhan is a dedicated and principled sales rep, who went above and beyond to find just the right home for our family. We were immediately drawn in to her bubbly personality. Siobhan has a great sense of humour and displayed qualities that mimicked that of my family, in fact, I felt like she was a member of our family and will continue to treat her as my family for years to come. She displayed patience and kindness in every aspect of the process. Siobhan really listened and understood exactly what we were looking for in a home. She approached every day with a smile. She put up with all my last minute requests and often times I would ask her to go back to a house for a second view just so I could have a family member asses it. There was no task to big or too small for Siobhan to take on. She was available to us day and night. No matter the time of day, Siobhan always responded to me in a timely manner. In the end, before viewing the house she felt was the one that met all our expectations, she when above and beyond to gather as much information as possible to make sure we had all the specs on this house and she was right because that was the house we purchased. She really understood our needs. If I had to do this process all over again, I would absolutely call upon Siobhan. House hunting can be very daunting but not when you have Siobhan by your side. My husband and I highly recommend Siobhan DeLacour as your next real estate agent!!
